Anti-Gun Dianne Feinstein used to carry, but believes everyone else shouldn’t have the right
Once upon a time, staunch anti-gun legislator Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) carried a concealed weapon.
Wait—what?
Of course, according to Feinstein, she’s allowed to carry but everyone else isn’t. Evidently her life is more valuable than yours.

BREAKING: Drug offender arrested in my Brothers' Brother-in-law Murder
This story hits home. Brett Wahlquist was my brothers' brother-in-law. A completely senseless murder with a knife? What amazes me to know end is why this degenerate was not being monitored after a burglary and drug charge? You monitor private citizens like a hawk, but cannot even monitor a known, convicted felon? A complete shame!!!

RINCON, Puerto Rico —
A 22-year-old man was arrested early this morning for fatally stabbing a Beavercreek man as he and his family were ending the final day of their two-week vacation in this resort community.
Agents with the Criminal Investigation Corps Aguadilla area found the suspect, Juan P. Carela Acevedo, who was staying with his family in the public housing complex, Villas Rincon Apartments, according to the newspapers El Nuevo Dia and Primera Hora.
Acevedo is accused of killing Brett Walquist, 41.
Police said Walquist fought with Acevedo after the man allegedly broken into the Walquist's rental apartment unit about 1:45 a.m. Monday.
Police said Acevedo was surprised this morning when agents arrested him at his family's apartment unit. At the time of his arrest, police said Acevedo had a dislocated arm, apparently injured in his fight with Walquist, and was taken Good Samaritan Hospital in Aguadilla for treatment.
Area police commander Col. Miguel Rosado told the newspapers the work of his staff and the cooperation from local residents were keys to arresting Acevedo.
Police said Acevedo recently left the Aguadilla Guerrero Jail after being charged in another alleged crime. On Nov. 14, Acevedo had been sent to prison for not paying a $10,000 bail for a burglary charge. But police told the newspapers they have not determined why he was in the free community.
Rosado said Acevedo has been collaborating with the authorities since his arrest. In 2011, Acevedo was arrested on a drug possession charge and released after posting $ 2,500 for bail.
Police said Acevedo was attempting to burglarize the Walquist's rental unit on Monday. When Walquist heard noises, he found the intruder, who used a knife from the kitchen to fight off Walquist before fatally stabbing him multiple times.
Before the intruder fled the apartment, Walquist's wife, Gerry, rushed and grabbed the attacker, but he managed to escape through a window. Neither she nor the couple's two children were injured in the attack.
Police told the newspapers authorities were able to identify Acevedo after reviewing several security cameras in the area close to the Arena y Mar Apartments, where the Walquist family was staying. During the attack, the suspect also left a baseball cap with a wood brim at the apartment, and surveillance video captured images similar to Acevedo, police said.
Agents said the man has told them where he hid the knife.
Prosecutor Hector Lopez told the newspapers he planned to file charges against Acevedo later today.
Walquist, his family, his father, Carl, and his sister's family had spent the holiday vacationing in Puerto Rico.
Walquist worked in Beavercreek as the Midwest representative for J&B Importers, a national wholesale distributor of bicycles, parts and accessories. He previously worked in his family's business, Alger Bikes in Grand Rapids, Mich., which is now run by his brother, Brian.

MUST READ QUOTE!!! We need more candidates like Marianne Williamson
READ THIS VERY CAREFULLY: "The biggest threat to our country today is not from armies invading our shores. The biggest threat to our democracy is not bombs falling from the sky over an American city. No, our biggest threat is a pattern of a thousand cuts – the slow but now constant chipping away at our democratic freedoms—one capitulation to moneyed interests at a time, one politically gerrymandered district at a time, one government surveillance program at a time, one limiting of our voting rights at a time, one intimidation of journalists at a time, one Patriot Act at a time, one National Defense Authorization Act at a time, one Trans Pacific Partnership so-called trade deal limiting our sovereignty at a time. So at what point— after how many moments when Americans mutter to ourselves “Ya gotta be kidding me!”—do we stand up to our own government and say, “Hey, guys! Whose side are you on??”

You won't recognize me. My name was Antonio West and I was the 13-month that was murdered
You won't recognize me. My name was Antonio West and I was the 13-month old child who was shot at point blank range by two teens who were attempting to rob my mother, who was also shot. A Grand Jury of my mommy's peers from Brunswick GA determined the teens who murdered me will not face the death penalty...too bad I was given a death sentence for being innocent and defenseless. My family made the mistake of being white in a 73% non-white neighborhood, but my murder was not ruled a Hate Crime. Nor did President Obama take so much as a single moment to acknowledge my murder. I am one of the youngest murder victims in our Nation's history, but the media doesn't care to cover the story of my tragic demise, President Obama has no children who could possibly look like me - so he doesn't care and the media doesn't care because my story is not interesting enough to bring them ratings so they can sell commercial time slots. There is not a white equivalent of Al Sharpton because if there was he would be declared racist, so there is no one rushing to Brunswick GA to demand justice for me. There is no White Panther party to put a bounty on the lives of those who murdered me. I have no voice, I have no representation and unlike those who shot me in the face while I sat innocently in my stroller - I no longer have my life. So while you are seeking justice for Trayvon, please remember to seek justice for me too. Tell your friends about me, tell you families, get tee shirts with my face on them and make the world pay attention, just like you did for Trayvon. Thank you.

MUST READ!!!! Judge Upholds Constitution Free Zones 100 Miles Inside Borders - Freedom Outpost
While everyone was busy celebrating the New Year last evening with parties, revelry and resolution-making, “a US federal judge reaffirmed the Obama administration policy granting officials the authority to search American’s laptops, citing a controversial premise that makes citizens within 100 miles of the border eligible for a police check.”
According to RT.com:
District Judge Edward Korman made his ruling in New York on Tuesday, more than three years after the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed suit. The ACLU claimed that – since Americans put so much of their lives on their computers, cell phones, and other devices – border officials should have reasonable suspicion before sifting through someone’s personal files.Attorneys argued that searches conducted without reasonable suspicion are a violation of the Fourth Amendment, which protects against unreasonable search and seizure. Not so, according to Judge Korman. In his decision Tuesday he argued that the area 100 miles inland falls under a “border exemption.”
