(04-03) 15:42 PDT Oakland -- The man suspected of killing seven people at a tiny Christian college in Oakland felt picked on by other students before his expulsion and had planned the attack for several weeks, police said Tuesday.
One Goh, 43, shot most of his victims after entering an Oikos University classroom with a hostage and ordering students to line up in a row, police said. They were shot as they begged for their lives.
