My Uncle Thomas Hooker A state Rep from Michigan •Introduced 2011 House Bill 4872: Penalize failure to report missing or dead child July 27, 2011, to authorize penalties of up to four years in prison and a $5,000 fine for failing to report to law enforcement agencies in a timely manner that a child in a person’s care is missing or has died.
Good Job Uncle Tom and keep up the good work!! Lets protect the Children. Children don't have a voice in Politics. Parents and elected officials are that voice.
