(VIDEO) Confirmed: Both FBI and CIA Were Tipped Off By Russia About Radicalization of Tamerlan Tsarnaev

FOX News Special Report confirmed today that Russia contacted the US twice about the alleged radicalization of Boston bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev.

At least two US agencies including the FBI and CIA knew about Islamist radical Tamerlan Tsarnaev. Yet, he was apparently overlooked before and after the bombing.

Rep. Mike McCaul (R-TX), the Homeland Security Committee Chairman, also told FOX that because of the sophistication of the bombs used in the Boston attacks “it is likely the brothers had training by an individual or individuals who are still at large.”
