[GRAPHIC PHOTOS] THE OSAMA BIN LADEN DEATH PHOTOS THAT WERE ORDERED DESTROYED

VIA TELL ME NOW  --  Back in February an email was leaked that Vice Adm. William McRaven, then head of U.S. Special Forces,  ordered the photos of Osama bin Laden destroyed immediately following his death.
The email was obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request by Judicial Watch, a conservative legal group, and said ”One particular item that I want to emphasize is photos; particularly UBLs remains. At this point — all photos should have been turned over to the CIA; if you still have them destroy them immediately or get them to the [redacted.]”
The reasons for McRaven’s actions are unclear, however many have speculated that it did so to protect protect operational secrets, sources and methods and trying to make sure no commandos kept any photos or video of the covert raid that they were not authorized to keep.
Obama himself also went on 60 Minutes and said that he didn’t want them released because of fear of backlash from the Muslim extremist world. He said ”It is important for us to make sure that very graphic photos of somebody who was shot in the head are not floating around as an incitement to additional violence, as a propaganda tool.”
Whatever the case, the few photos we have are evidence enough to prove that the world’s number one terrorist has been killed by one of our elite special forces teams, SEAL Team 6, and the whole nation can rest easier knowing that the man responsible for one of the most deadly attacks on U.S. soil has met justice in the most fitting manner, with a bullet between the eyes.
