“The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people, it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government - lest it come to dominate our lives and interests.”

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is now in possession of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s emails from her tenure as Secretary of State.
Seven emails are currently being reviewed by an inter-governmental agency, led by the FBI, to determine whether or not they are classified.
The two “Top Secret” emails were classified as top secret by the CIA, according to information circulated by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA).
Last week, the prosecutor finally mailed the Order of Dismissal to my attorney. While I am relieved that the criminal charges are no longer hanging over my head, it is frustrating to know that nothing has changed. The system is still broken. The Sheriff’s deputies and the staff at the Spokane County jail will continue to violate people’s constitutional rights, and use the term “constitutionalist” in a derogatory manner. You too can end up in jail, for exercising your constitutional rights.
For thirty-three years, I’ve lived as a law-abiding citizen, with no criminal record or history of violence. Then one night, I got arrested for refusing to obey an order to abandon my teenage niece on a dark deserted country highway with two aggressive, yelling, cursing Sheriff’s deputies. I was taken to jail, where I spent 12 long hours shivering in a cold holding cell, and subjected to harassment and intimidation — explicitly because I exercised my Fifth Amendment right not to answer questions, and asked to call my attorney (a right protected by the Sixth Amendment).
The message the state is sending is simply this: if you dare to exercise your constitutional rights, be prepared to pay a hefty price. It cost $1000 to bail me out. I had to appear in court, and spent $4000 in legal fees. They took my gun and held it for 21 days, and “lost” $100 worth of items from my backpack. The incident took an emotional toll on my family. Meanwhile, the Spokane County Sheriff spared no time out of his busy day, to drag my name through the mud, both publicly and in private conversations with my friends — calling me a liar, a hothead, and a bully. He was clearly more interested in covering for his deputies and saving face, than seeing that justice be done.
Several people reached out to me after I posted my original account on Facebook, and shared their stories of police abuse. Here’s one very similar to mine (unfortunately, this friend had a bad attorney and got convicted):
Hi Vitaliy, your whole situation on these bogus charges sounds like a nightmare. I have also been arrested for “obstruction of justice.” I went to a jury trial with my case and lost. My case was loosely similar to yours. A friend of mine was being given a field sobriety test, I was watching from a distance, and the police officer screamed at me to get in my vehicle. I told him I prefer to be outside…then bam, I am arrested for obstruction of justice. In my case it came down to the fact that the officer made a “lawful command” that I “disobeyed.”
The one thing Trump said in that debate slipped by the media and was the most salient point of all. He stated he used the law to his advantage. To the ignorant he is an evil capitalist, a war monger, a supremicist. LOL That is how you solve the race problem and the wealth inequality problem. In every deal someone gets sold, and someone does the selling.
Well here we start Monday off with what offends the left this week? This isn't about offending anyone, this is about thought control. Target is now the new useful idiot of the left.
Target is ditching boys' and girls' labels on toys after the store says customers were raising concerns about unnecessary gender-based signs.
In an statement posted to their website on Friday, Target announced they were moving away from gendered signs in stores.
This is the cultural marxism that is permeating every aspect of higher education. This is all they know and the scary fact is they will eventually hold positions in business, law, teaching, and in healthcare. Speak against them? You will be hated and despised and in many cases fired from your job. Consequently, they are creating a large silent majority of radicals that will combat them. Their hate is creating a vicious alternative that will soon lash out if these extreme leftists are not careful. The extreme left hates anything American, hate themselves, feel guilty and hate white's and white priviledge. White Priviledge? Last I heard ew have an African-American President. I see no difference between them and RW extremists.
In a video posted to YouTube on Wednesday, students at the University of California in Berkeley told filmmaker Ami Horowitz that the shooting at the Chattanooga, Tennessee, recruiting station was "legitimate." Moreover, students said that referring to the shooter as a Muslim is racist.

"The attack in Chattanooga, was that a little more legitimate because they were soldiers?" Horowitz asked. Students he asked said yes and explained why.
“Some people would say that a military installation or institution, even including recruiting centers, that is a legitimate military target,” one student said. The man went on to say that “some people” would consider the 9/11 terror attacks to also be legitimate. Some 3,000 people died in the attacks that took down the twin towers of the World Trade Center.
“If you get caught with your pants down it’s unfortunate,” another student said. His female companion agreed, adding, “Yep – I feel like they put themselves in that situation – they know what they’re getting themselves into.”
“If a man is in a U.S. military army uniform….police officer, if they can drone me that’s a legitimate target, he’s asking for it,” said a third student. “There are legitimate targets everywhere," a Muslim student remarked.
The students interviewed expressed absolutely no remorse for the five service members killed in the attack. Infowars' Paul Joseph Watson said they were "quick" to defend against allegations that Islam played a role. The shooter, identified as 24-year-old Muhammad Youssuf Abdulazeez, was texting Islamic verses to friends hours before the shooting, Watson added. One message read: “This life is short and bitter and the opportunity to submit to Allah may pass you by.”
But students dismissed any notion that Islam played a role. “You cannot blame the religion for that,” one person said. Another said Christians commit just as many attacks. When pressed, both were unable to cite a single attack by a Christian. One student mentioned the Crusades, conflicts that were over long before the United States came into existence.
“When a newscaster says a terrorist attack happened, and the guy was Muslim, is that racist?" Horowitz asked. All of the students in the video said yes, despite the fact that "Islam" is not a race.
“I have to admit, this is one of the first times that I thought the students would never go this far," Horowitz said. "I guess I was wrong. There is truly no limit to their anti-American sentiments." The video posted by Horowitz can be seen above.
Minati Roychoudhuri is a professor at Capital Community College. She also is a liar.
The woman who teaches diversity to students at the New England school was pulled over by a Connecticut state trooper for an improper lane change. Rather than accept the repercussions for her actions, she pulled out a trick from the social justice warrior handbook and accused the law enforcement officer of racial profiling. Fox CT published the letter she sent to the Commissioner of Public Safety demanding action.
I sure am glad there's no inflation, because these "stable prices" the Federal Reserve keeps jaw-jacking about are putting us in a world of hurt.
We are constantly bombarded with two messages about inflation:
1. Inflation is near-zero
2. This worries the Federal Reserve terribly, because stable prices are deflationary and deflation is (for reasons that are never explained) like the financial Black Plague that will wipe out humanity if it isn't vanquished by a healthy dose of inflation (i.e. getting less for your money).
CAMP SHELBY, Mississippi — A search is on for at least two suspects who opened fire on soldiers at the Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center Tuesday.
From WLOX: Perry County deputies have confirmed that shots were fired around 12:10 p.m. on a group of soldiers training in the area.
Fox News Reporter Accused of Racism for Asking THIS One Question… WHOA!
Being called a “racist” can ruin your career forever… Especially if you’re in media. It is a smear thrown around by liberals carelessly, and it hurts many innocent people.
One such victim is Fox News’ Elizabeth Hasselbeck, who is being labeled a “racist” by liberals for suggesting that Sandra Bland could have used her lit cigarette as a weapon against police officers.

A judge has granted a temporary restraining order blocking the release of more videos by the group that released a series of videos of a Planned Parenthood official, the Associated Press reported Friday.
Judge William Orrick in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California issued the order against the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) at the request of the National Abortion Federation (NAF).
