President Obama and his administration have been called the “greatest enemy to press freedom” in modern history.
This has been evidenced by the plans to place FCC “monitors” in newsrooms, the DOJ wiretapping and spying on the AP, trying to indict aFox News reporter, and the DHS raiding the office of a journalist investigating corruption allegations, among many other examples.
It has also long been suspected that, despite the liberal bias of the media, Obama’s administration has leaned on the various media outlets, encouraging them to cast him in the best light possible and avoid scandalous stories.
